Nourish and Nurture Circle (Crystals for Balance and Healing) Includes Sacred Sound Journey.

Sunday July13th 2025 from 4pm - 6pm at Dunvant Social Centre. You are warmly invited to join our deeply nourishing Circle where you can fully relax with like minded souls. We will be learning the art of chakra balancing using crystals. Your Crystal Therapist Lisa will teach you how to work with crystals for balance and healing and there will be journal prompts for those of you who like to make personal notes.

You will be invited to lie down comfortably with your crystal allies upon you, as you are guided by Lisa into meditation. This will aid you in releasing any stagnant energy, old thought processes and patterns which no longer serve you. Your guided journey with crystals will promote relaxation, energy balance and healing.

Jenny Davies will then take you into deeper relaxation with her beautiful, Sacred Sound Journey.
