Nourish and Nurture Circle (Peace As within so without)

You are warmly invited to our next Nourish and Nurture Circle on 21st September at Dunvant Social Centre 4-6pm.

As we harness the energy of the eclipse and observe the turn of the wheel of the year, we feel into the importance of cultivating inner peace for creating a more peaceful life. If we wish to observe more peace in our world we must each play our part by developing our own peaceful practice. The more people who focus on inner peace the bigger the ripple effect in our world.

There will be opportunity for journalling and a yoga nidra style guided meditation with Lisa for bringing peace to the mind, body and spirit. Followed by a sacred sound bath with the wonderful Jenny Davies.
